Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 6, 2026

Earlier versions applied from June 1, 2026. Ask support@saleserator.com for a copy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Rutledge Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Saleserator ("Saleserator," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Saleserator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). "Team Member" means each person an Admin adds to a team account, including Admins, owners, managers and salespeople. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Saleserator is a sales performance platform designed for commission-based sales professionals and the leaders who manage them. The Service includes:

  • Training Center: structured sales training modules and coursework
  • Activity Tracking: manual logging of sales activities, calls, meetings, and performance metrics
  • Gamification: leaderboards, Sales Points (SP), achievements, badges, and team store
  • AI Roleplay ("The Pit"): AI-powered voice roleplay sessions for sales practice, including post-session scoring and coaching feedback
  • Manager Tools: team oversight, performance analytics, and coaching workflows

3. Account Types

Team Accounts (one dollar a day per person, charged at the start of each billing period): every feature included, with no seat minimums and no feature tiers. Accounts are managed by a designated company administrator ("Admin") who is responsible for adding Team Members, managing billing, and making sure every Team Member follows these Terms.

Who Counts. Every active person on your team counts as one person for billing: Admins, owners, managers and salespeople alike. Every person is billed at the same rate, one dollar a day.

Setup. Self-serve setup is free, and there is no required setup fee.

4. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Anyone can start a team account. People are added to a team by that team's Admin.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@saleserator.com.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Free Trial. Every new team gets fourteen days free. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.

Billing. Each charge is made at the start of the billing period and is $1 × the number of days in that billing period × the people on your team. Your subscription renews each billing period until you cancel. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Automatic Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method at the start of the new billing period, at $1 × the days in that period × the people on your team. Before you add a card, we show the amount of your first charge and ask you to agree to the renewal. We email a confirmation when you add a card and a reminder a few days before each charge. You can cancel online at any time from the Billing page in the app, with no call or email needed.

Billing Date. Your first charge is on the day your free trial ends. If you add a card after the trial has ended, your first charge is the day you add it. That day becomes your billing date, and you are charged on the same date each month.

People Added or Removed. A person added during a period is charged $1 for each day left in it on your next bill; a person removed is credited $1 for each day left. Nothing is charged between bills.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time, online from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period.

Refunds. The billing period you are in when you cancel is not refunded, in whole or in part. You keep access for every day you paid for. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged for something that did not work, contact support@saleserator.com. We review each case by hand, and a refund that is due goes back to the original payment method. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy says the same in more detail.

Founding Rate. Founding teams keep $1 a day per person for as long as their subscription stays active. If a founding team cancels and comes back later, the price at that time applies.

Rate Lock. While your team stays subscribed without a break, your price per person per day does not go up. That includes any change to who counts as a person. The lock ends only if your subscription ends: a cancellation takes effect, or we close the account for non-payment after the notice described under Failed Payments. A temporary suspension for a failed payment that you then fix does not end the lock. If you subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.

Price Changes. We may change prices for new teams and for teams whose lock has ended. A change that lowers what you pay applies from your next bill. Founding-team pricing is described in Founding Rate above and is not affected by this paragraph.

Taxes. Prices do not include taxes, which may change as the law requires.

Failed Payments. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login with anyone else or let more than one person use a single login
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data about other Team Members or other teams
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity in AI roleplay sessions in a way intended to deceive or harm others
  • Attempt to circumvent any billing, access controls, or usage limits

7. Voice Roleplay Sessions (The Pit)

Audio Processing. The Pit uses voice recognition and AI to simulate sales conversations. Your voice input is processed in real time through third-party services including Deepgram (speech-to-text) and LiveKit (audio infrastructure). Responses are generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) and delivered via ElevenLabs text-to-speech.

Session Records. Roleplay transcripts are stored in your account so the Service can produce post-session scorecards and coaching notes, and are cleared 90 days after the session ends. Scorecards and coaching notes stay in your account. You can always see your own transcripts and scorecards. On a team account, your managers and Admins can see transcripts and scorecards only from sessions marked Manager Review. Sessions marked Private Practice are not shared with managers or Admins and are not included in team exports.

AI-Generated Feedback. Scorecards and coaching notes are generated by AI and are provided for training and development purposes only. They do not constitute professional sales consulting or career advice. Saleserator makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback.

Consent to Processing. By using The Pit, you consent to your voice being processed by the third-party services described above for the purpose of delivering the roleplay experience.

7a. Sal, the AI Assistant

About Sal. Sal is the assistant inside the Service. Sal is an AI assistant, not a person, and can make mistakes. When you talk with Sal, in the app or by text, you are interacting with an AI system, not a human.

What Sal Reads. To answer, Sal reads your own team's data in the Service: the activity your team logs or brings in from a connected CRM or calendar, your activities, Sales Points and daily targets, morning and evening check-ins, training progress, and your conversation with Sal. A leader's Sal also reads the team's playbook and the day's coaching suggestions. Sal reads only your own company's data, and a manager's Sal reads only the people that manager leads. What Sal reads to answer is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to write the answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes Wait for Approval. Sal can propose a change to your team's setup. The change is made only after a leader approves it.

AI-Generated Answers. Sal's answers, drafts and suggestions are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you act on it. Saleserator makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of what Sal says.

7b. Text Messages (SMS)

Who Sends. Text messages about the Service come from Saleserator.

How Often. A sign-in or confirmation code when you ask for one, an invite when a leader invites you by text, and a reply to each text you send Sal. If you check the box on our founding team application, Saleserator sends up to 4 texts a month about your setup.

Rates. Msg & data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. You can also email support@saleserator.com.

Your Number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying or using the Service.

SMS Terms. The terms for these texts are on our SMS Terms page.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service, including activity logs, performance data, and training responses ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Saleserator a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Saleserator Content. The Service and its original content (including training modules, the AI roleplay system, scoring algorithms, UI design, and brand assets) are owned by Saleserator and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Saleserator content without express written permission.

Customer-Provided Curriculum. Training content uploaded by a Team Admin (scripts, videos, documents) remains the property of the uploading company. Saleserator will not use customer-provided curriculum to train AI models or share it with other customers.

9. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

All data is kept separate by team. People on one team cannot see another team's data.

The only cross-company data visible on the platform is the National Leaderboard, which displays only: display name (or initials), rank tier, and performance metric. No personal contact information, company identity, or detailed data is visible across teams on the leaderboard.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers. Each one, with what it is for and what it receives, is listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Saleserator is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that AI-generated coaching feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SALESERATOR IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Termination

By You. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

By Saleserator. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity we determine to be harmful to the Service or to other teams. We will generally provide notice before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. You may request a copy of your data by contacting support@saleserator.com.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Walker County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
